I brought my car in to get a NEW transmission then then they end up putting in a USED one and charging me for a new one, they also dropped my muffler at the manifold. Both complaints fell on deaf ears and then they had the balls to want to charge me to fix the muffler they broke. Lesson learned I will never go back again, you shouldn't even bother with these crooks.

The folks at Rowland Street garage are honest, dependable and great at what they do. They specialize in transmission work, but they do everything from NY state inspections to fixing your brakes. The prices are right, and they don't charge you for unnecessary repairs. I trust them with all my car care needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.
